WebOptimal TREX1 drugs developed from initial inhibitor molecules should minimize off-target effects and exhibit a high level of specificity for the target. Counter-screening candidate TREX1 inhibitors against enzymes of varying relatedness ( 104) provides context for the inhibitors’ relative affinities for the target.
