WebDec 29, 2024 · Optical Properties The Cary 5000 spectrophotometer was used to perform the optical measurements. Figure 1 presents the transmission spectra for the conducting transparent indium tin oxide (ITO) films on a glass substrate. The ITO films showed high transmission, higher than 80% in the visible range. Webargon pressure, sputtering power and film thickness on the electrical and optical properties of ITO films were investigated. For a 100 nm thick ITO films grown at RT in argon pressure 1.95·10-3 mbar and sputtering power of 50 W, the transmittance was near 90% at 480 nm and resistance was 5.4·10-4 Ohm·cm. It has been shown that the sputtering ...

It can be seen that the transmittance of the ITO films in the visible wavelength range is higher than 80% under both annealing conditions. In near-infrared region, the transmittance ... WebApr 12, 2024 · A dry etching process was carried out to form a metal contact area for ITO and electrodes. After that, a 130 nm thick indium tin oxide (ITO) film was deposited as a current spreading layer by electron beam deposition. To form an ohmic contact, rapid thermal annealing was carried out at 550 °C in an N 2 atmosphere. Lastly, Ti/Al/Ni/Au …
