WebJul 2, 2015 · I’m Getting Out of My Hypomania. Honestly, even though hypomanias aren’t necessarily painful, I don’t like them nonetheless because I’m acutely aware I’m acting and feeling crazy. I know I’m nowhere near my normal and this makes me uncomfortable. I know I’m less likely to be able to control myself and I don’t like that. WebWhat is hypomania like for you? When I'm hypomanic I'm feeling great, wonderful, I can feel life running through my veins, I feel connected to people and nature, I feel happy all the time and I laugh about everything even if it's not funny. Thinking about my heart beating makes me cry. I also only see the good sides of things all the time.
