WebJun 8, 2016 · Hi. I started on Topamax 15 mg a month ago, and now a week ago upped the dosage to 125 mg. (have gradually upped it every week. Sorry for my english, im not english). I have not experienced any weight loss at all, until this week. I have lost about 1,5 kg and lost a lot of apetite suddenly. WebWasn’t working so I added Unisom sleep tabs. 1 25mg first day, 2 2nd day, last night I took 3. My chest felt weird all night and still does today but less. HR was jumping up and down 10-20 bpm every 10 minutes or so and I felt like a strong pounding. My head felt weird also, kind of a dizzy feeling. Out of it but not a “high” feeling at all.
